Hot Aerosol Fire Extinguishing Device

The hot aerosol fire extinguishing device is a solid chemical mixture consisting of oxidizer, cooling particles, reducing agent, combustion controller, and binder. When activated electrically or thermally, it produces a large amount of fire-extinguishing aerosol via redox reaction. The metal salt particles absorb heat rapidly to lower flame temperature and suppress combustion. Vaporized metal ions react with combustion radicals to achieve chemical inhibition, while N₂ and CO₂ reduce the oxygen concentration in the fire zone. Through combined physical and chemical effects, the aerosol effectively extinguishes fires. It can remain suspended for a long time and achieve full flooding fire suppression throughout the protected area.
